Dustin A. Lewis, SRA is CEO of Dustin Lewis Appraisal Associates, Inc. His appraisal career started after graduating from Georgia Southern University in 1995, with a B.B.A. in Finance with Emphasis in Real Estate.
Dustin is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and the National Association of REALTORS (GRI, GAA, & RAA). He is a Georgia Certified General Appraiser and holds a Georgia real estate brokers license.
Dustin is also a leader in appraisal technology. He was among the first appraisers to bring the appraisal specification, ordering, management, delivery and payment processes online – enabling him to save clients much of the time, money and hassles usually associated with the appraisal process.
Since entering the real estate appraisal profession in 1995, Dustin has prepared or supervised over 17,000 appraisal reports for mortgage, refinance, tax appeal, PMI removal, prelisting, relocation, home equity, home improvement, divorce, trust, and estate purposes.
